ID:138057 Import has detected multiple, locked, LogicLock regions in the current project with the same origin; the regions will be set to floating to avoid placement conflicts.

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software found multiple, locked, LogicLock regions assigned to the same origin during partition import. To avoid subsequent Fitter errors due to multiple nodes being assigned to the same location, the regions have been converted from Locked to Floating. The Fitter will automatically determine a feasible placement for the floating LogicLock regions, while at the same time attempt to preserve the relative placement within the regions whenever possible and directed to do so.

ACTION: If you want to avoid the use of floating LogicLock regions, you can change the regions to Locked and manually update their origins to ensure that the regions do not overlap, via the LogicLock Regions Window or the Chip Editor. If you are satisfied with the Floating setting, following a successful place & route, you should convert the regions to Locked, with the "Set Size and Origin to Previous Fitter Results" LogicLock region command.
