CAUSE: The Quartus Prime software found multiple, locked, LogicLock regions assigned to the same origin during partition import. These regions can cause Fitter errors due to multiple nodes being assigned to the same location.
ACTION: Manually update the origin of the specified regions to ensure that the regions do not overlap, via the LogicLock Regions Window or the Chip Editor.
