CAUSE: You made a change to the specified instance in a SignalTap II File (.stp) that requires recompilation and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer, but you did not recompile the design. As a result, the Quartus Prime software did not apply the current trigger conditions to the design.
ACTION: If you want to apply the current trigger conditions to the design, recompile the design and then run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. Otherwise, restore the trigger conditions to be compatible with the last compilation result.
