CAUSE: You directed the Compiler to generate an IBIS Output File (.ibs) with mutual coupling support RLC package model for performing board-level signal integrity verification of Altera devices with other EDA tools, and then compiled the project. However, the Quartus Prime software does not support RLC package model with mutual coupling for the selected device.
ACTION: Select another device or contact Altera Technical Support by creating a Service Request at www.altera.com/mysupport for further assistance on how to create design-specific IBIS models with mutual coupling support RLC package model.
