CAUSE: You assigned a Global Signal logic option setting of Dual-Fast Regional Clock for the specified node. However, the Dual-Fast Regional Clock setting is supported only for fast clock pins.
ACTION: No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, change the Global Signal logic option setting for the node to a legal setting.
