CAUSE: You assigned the Global Signal logic option for the signal from the specified source cell to the specified destination cell. However, the Fitter ignored the point-to-point Global Signal assignment, because the destination cannot use global signals.
ACTION: Delete the Global Signal logic option for the signal.
