CAUSE: You set the Global Signal logic option to Off for the specified. However, the cell is assigned to a dedicated clock pin and must be set to either Global Clock or Regional Clock.
ACTION: Delete the Global Signal logic option for the cell, or use a different setting. Valid settings are Global Clock or Regional Clock.
