CAUSE: You assigned the Global Signal logic option to the specified logic cell, but the Fitter ignored the Global Signal logic option assignment. This error may occur if the global signal does not feed control signals or if there are not enough global signals of the assigned types available in the device. Setting the Global Signal logic option to On or using a GLOBAL buffer is equivalent to setting the Global Signal logic option to Global Clock.
ACTION: Delete the Global Signal logic option setting for the logic cell, or select a different setting. Valid settings are Global Clock, Regional Clock, or Fast Regional Clock. If you are using a GLOBAL buffer, remove it or replace it with the Global Signal logic option set to Regional Clock or Fast Regional Clock.
