ID:186289 Input pin "<name>" feeds INCLK port of PLL "<name>" by Global Clock - I/O timing will be affected

CAUSE: You specified the input pin to feed the specified PLL. However, Fitter cannot place the specified input pin at the dedicated INCLK pin of the specified PLL for one of the following reasons:
  • The input pin and the PLL are assigned to non-adjacent locations.
  • The input pin has an I/O standard assignment which cannot be supported by the dedicated INCLK port of the specified PLL.
  • The specified input pin feeds both a fast PLL and an enhanced PLL.

ACTION: Adjust the phase shift parameter of the compensated clock of the specified PLL to compensate for the I/O timing delay.
