CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the assignment you made to the specified node because the specified node which feeds it is part of a carry and cascade chain. When applying these assignments, the Fitter does not lock down registers that are part of a carry or cascade chains.
ACTION: Delete the assignment from the node and set tight timing constraints in order to instruct the Fitter to optimize I/O to register connections.
