CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the assignment you made to the specified node because the specified node which feeds it is already locked down to a specific (x, y) location. This may be a result of location assignments you made or the Fitter honoring other fast register assignments.
ACTION: Delete any location assignments made to the source node, or delete the assignment from the specified node and set tight timing constraints in order to instruct the Fitter to optimize I/O to register connections.
