CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the assignment you made to the specified node because the node is not the correct I/O pin type. The Fast Input Register logic option assignment is ignored if it is applied to anything other than input and bidirectional I/O pins. The Fast Output Register and Fast Output Enable Register logic options are ignored if they are applied to anything other than output and bidirectional I/O pins.
ACTION: Make the appropriate assignment to the node, or delete the assignment from the node and set tight timing constraints in order to instruct the Fitter to optimize I/O to register connections.
