CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the assignment you made to the specified node because it is not fed by an I/O pin or the I/O pin feeding it is not locked to a specific (x, y) location.
ACTION: Delete the assignment from the specified node and set tight timing constraints in order to instruct the Fitter to optimize I/O to register connections.
