CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the assignment you made to the specified node because the node does not feed any simple registers. A simple register is a logic cell that does not use its four-input LUT, uses a registered output, and is not part of a carry or cascade chain.
ACTION: Delete the assignment from the node and set tight timing constraints in order to instruct the Fitter to optimize I/O to register connections.
