CAUSE: The specified setting for Optimize power during fitting found in the Quartus Prime Setting File (.qsf) is invalid for the given family. A possible cause for this warning is manually editing the Quartus Prime Settings File. As a result, the Quartus Prime software will ignore the setting.
ACTION: Remove the Optimize power during fitting setting from your Quartus Prime Setting File.
