CAUSE: The Fitter is reporting that the number of compatible gigabit transceiver blocks (GXBs) found in the design exceeds the number available in the device.
ACTION: If you are instantiating the Megawizard Plug-In Manager , turn on the allow_gxb_merging option to allow merging of GXBs.This is a submessage of the message that precedes it in the Messages window.
