CAUSE: The design has one or more differential I/O pins that do not connect to a SERDES receiver or transmitter. However, I/O pins connected to the SERDES receiver or transmitter have more stringent placement restrictions than the I/O pins that are not connected to the SERDES. If you change the design to connect these pins to the SERDES receiver or transmitter, the design might not fit in the device.
ACTION: If you do not intend to connect these I/O pins to a SERDES receiver or transmitter, no action is required. Otherwise, modify the design to reflect the required connectivity.
