CAUSE: You turned on the Decrease Input Delay to Input Register logic option for the specified DQ I/O pin. The Fitter ignored the assignment because the assignment is not supported for DQ I/O pins.
ACTION: Delete the Decrease Input Delay to Input Register logic option assignment on the DQ I/O pin.
