CAUSE: You made a Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option assignment to the specified input or bidirectional pin, which fans out to the specified SERDES receiver. The target device cannot support the pin because pins feeding a SERDES receiver do not support the Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option.
ACTION: Delete the Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option assignment to the pin.
