CAUSE: You made a Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option assignment to the specified input or directional pin, which is a DQS I/O pin. The target device cannot support the pin because a DQS I/O pin does not support the Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option.
ACTION: Delete the Decrease Input Delay to Internal Cells logic option to the pin.
