CAUSE: The ERROR_CHECK_FREQUENCY_DIVISOR value in the CRC block is not the same as the ERROR_CHECK_FREQUENCY_DIVISOR value in the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf). The Quartus Prime software uses the ERROR_CHECK_FREQUENCY_DIVISOR value in the CRC block in the compilation.
ACTION: Make sure the ERROR_CHECK_FREQUENCY_DIVISOR value in the CRC block and the in the QSF have the same value.
