ID:186173 Ignored Global Signal logic option from pllclk source "<name>" to GXB transmitter or receiver channel "<name>" because they are placed in the same quad and need to use dedicated routing

CAUSE: You assigned the Global Signal logic option for the specified pllclk source to the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter or receiver channel. However, the Fitter ignored the Global Signal assignment, because the pllclk source feeds the GXB transmitter or receiver channel directly using dedicated routing as they are placed in the same quad and need to use dedicated routing.

ACTION: Delete the Global Signal logic option for the specified pllclk source.
