ID:186195 Pre-emphasis control setting <number> of GXB transmitter channel "<name>" is not recommended when the GXB transmitter channel has a VOD control setting of <number> mV

CAUSE: The combination of the specified pre-emphasis control setting and the specified Voltage Output Differential (VOD) control setting is not recommended for a gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter channel on the target device.

ACTION: Choose a combination of pre-emphasis control and VOD control settings that are supported on the target device. For recommended combinations of pre-emphasis control and VOD control settings, refer to the GXB transmitter termination settings tables for PREEMPHASIS_CTRL_SETTING under the parameter descriptions for the ALTGXB megafunction; however, because the ALTGXB MegaWizard Plug-In Manager is being deprecated, Altera recommends using ALTGX MegaWizard Plug-In Manager instead.
