CAUSE: You assigned the Global Signal logic option for the specified cruclk source to the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel. However, the Fitter ignored the Global Signal assignment, because the cruclk source feeds the GXB receiver channel directly using dedicated routing because they are placed in the same quad and need to use dedicated routing.
ACTION: Delete the Global Signal logic option for the specified cruclk source.
