CAUSE: The Fitter cannot merge the specified LVDS fast PLLs because the Fitter cannot find a location for the merged PLLs in the current device.
ACTION: No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, either select a larger device, or modify the design to make the two PLLs compatible, or turn off the Use Common PLLs for Rx and Tx option in the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager .
