CAUSE: You set the compensation clock parameter of the specified PLL to the global clock setting. However, the Fitter cannot place the specified PLL in a PLL location that compensates only for the regional clock. As a result, the Fitter resets the compensation clock parameter to the regional clock setting. Clock outputs of the PLL that do not use a regional clock may not be fully compensated, and timing analysis results may be inaccurate.
ACTION: Change the compensation clock parameter of the PLL to regional clock, avoid placing the PLL in a corner location, remove the compensation clock parameter of the PLL if you intend to use it as a fast PLL, or change the PLL type to enhanced PLL.
