ID:176547 Selected migration devices are not package socket compatible because <name> package with <number> pin count has different Maximum Surface Area between device <name> and device <name>

CAUSE: You specified migration devices that match in pin count but differ in the package dimensions.

ACTION: If you want the package socket compatibility, change the specified migration devices to legal devices.
