ID:16235 One or more output registers failed to be packed into a DSP bank due to DSP block outputs fanning out to instances that are not registers

CAUSE: A DSP block output port is connected to an instance that is not a register, which prevented some registers from being packed inside the DSP block.

ACTION: Ensure DSP outputs that require register packing all connect directly to registers.
