CAUSE: The Rup or Rdn pin corresponding to the specified on-chip termination (OCT) Control Block is assigned to an I/O standard, the voltage of which differs from that of pins driven by the control block. Quartus has automatically reassigned the pin to a compatible I/O standard.
ACTION: Assign an I/O standard to the Rup and Rdn pins matching the voltage of the pins driven by the OCT Control Block.
