CAUSE: You assigned the specified node or entity to the specified LogicLock region, but this region is not defined in the top-level Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the current compilation hierarchy.
ACTION: Make sure the region is defined and the name is spelled correctly in the QSF. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the LogicLock Regions window to assign nodes or entities to LogicLock regions, rather than editing the QSF manually.
