CAUSE: The Preservation Level of Placement and Routing is not supported when moving LogicLock regions containing logic from a partition using a Post-Fit netlist.
ACTION: Set the partition to use Preservation Level of Placement when moving LogicLock regions to avoid seeing this warning in the future.
