CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to the specified LogicLock region. However, because the node is associated with a PLL, the Fitter removed the LogicLock region assignment. Nodes used to implement PLLs cannot also have LogicLock region assignments.
ACTION: If you require the node to be assigned to the specified location, assign the node to a custom region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, turn on the Prevent Assignment to LogicLock Regions logic option for the specified node.
