CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to the specified LogicLock region. However, the node uses a local clock. A local clock requirement can impose a location constraint that is not compatible with the current LogicLock region assignment. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or in the Messages section of the Report window to display details on the individual nodes removed from LogicLock regions.
ACTION: If you require the node to be assigned to the specified location, assign the node to a custom region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, turn on the Prevent Assignment to LogicLock Regions logic option for the specified node.
