CAUSE: You turned on the Fast Output Register or Fast Input Register option for some nodes, and also made a LogicLock region assignment to the nodes. However, because a node used for fast I/O cannot also have a LogicLock region assignment, the Fitter removed the LogicLock region assignment for the node.
ACTION: Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or in the Messages section of the Report window to display details on the individual nodes removed from LogicLock regions.
