CAUSE: You turned on the Fast Output Register or Fast Input Register option for the specified node, and also made a LogicLock region assignment to the node. However, because a node used for fast I/O cannot also have a LogicLock region assignment, the Fitter removed the LogicLock region assignment for the node.
ACTION: If you require the node to be assigned to the specified location, assign the node to a custom region. To avoid receiving this message in the future, turn off the Fast Input Register or Fast Output Register logic option for the node or turn on the Prevent Assignment to LogicLock Regions logic option for the node.
