CAUSE: You assigned the specified node or entity to the specified LogicLock region and to the specified location. However, the Fitter could not place the node in both locations.
ACTION: If you want the Fitter to use the LogicLock region assignment for this node, remove the location assignment. Otherwise, remove the node or entity from the LogicLock region.
