CAUSE: You turned on the Enable INIT_DONE output option to externally monitor when initialization is completed and the device is in user mode to be on. However, the option is not supported by the target device.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to ignore the option, no action is required. Otherwise, turn off the option.
