CAUSE: You turned on the Enable user-supplied start-up clock (CLKUSER) option to direct the device to use a user-supplied clock on the CLKUSR pin for initialization. However, this option is not supported in the target device.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to ignore the option, no action is required. Otherwise, turn off the option.
