CAUSE: You reserved the dual-purpose configuration pin RDYnBSY, which is used for the Passive Parallel Asynchronous (PPA) configuration scheme. However, the target device does not support the Passive Parallel Asynchronous configuration scheme.
ACTION: No action is required. To avoid receiving this message in the future, specify that you do not want to reserve the pin, but instead want to use it as an I/O pin.
