CAUSE: You made pin assignments in the specified I/O bank. However, some of the pins are too close together and the I/O bank draws a current that exceeds the maximum by the specified amount. The device can only drive a limited amount of current to each I/O bank.

ACTION: Reassign some of the pins to reduce the total amount of current in the I/O bank or assign some pins to use an I/O standard with a lower current. You can view I/O banks in the Chip Planner .
