CAUSE: You have not specified a Reserve All Unused Pins setting. This may allow for signal paths from a voltage source to a ground point depending on the default unused pins mode and external circuitry.
ACTION: Please specify a Reserve All Unused Pins setting in the Unused Pins tab of the Device & Pin Options settings window.
