CAUSE: You specified that the Fitter should allow input pins with LVTTL or LVCMOS I/O standards to be placed inside an I/O bank with lower VCCIO voltage than the input pins being placed in it. The Fitter is reporting the specified I/O bank with the specified number of pins with the specified VCCIO will overdrive the input buffer. As a result, leakage current for the input buffer will be slightly higher than the default value that the Quartus Prime software normally allows.
ACTION: If this condition is acceptable, no action is required. Otherwise, turn off the option or for further assistance contact Altera Technical Services at http://mysupport.altera.com.
