CAUSE: The Fitter ignored the reserved pin assignment to the specified programming pin because an SPI block was converted from a design using an SPI WYSIWYG. In Cyclone III devices, the programming pins are used directly.
ACTION: Go to the Dual-Purpose Pins tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and set the specified pin to use as a regular I/O pin.
