CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pins with an I/O standard to a location. However, this location does not support the necessary clamping diode for the given I/O standard.
ACTION: Either use an external clamping diode for this pin or assign the I/O pin to a different I/O location or remove the specified I/O standard option from the I/O pin.
