CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pins with the specified I/O standard and the internal clamping diode turned on to the I/O bank with VCCIO. However, the VCCIO can result in higher DC on-current.
ACTION: If this condition is acceptable, no action is required. Otherwise, use an external clamping diode for the specified pin or change the VCCIO of the I/O bank. For further assistance contact Altera Technical Services at http://mysupport.altera.com.
