ID:169164 Pin <name> with I/O standard <name> has internal clamping diode turned on which will result in higher DC on-current because I/O bank <name> has <name> VCCIO

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin with the specified I/O standard and internal clamping diode turned ON to the specified I/O bank with specified VCCIO. However, the specified VCCIO results in higher DC on-current.

ACTION: If this condition is acceptable, no action is required. Otherwise, please use external clamping diode for the specified pin or change the VCCIO of the specified I/O bank. For further assistance contact Altera Technical Services.
