CAUSE: Your design has specified I/O pins with on-chip clamping diodes turned on in I/O banks when VCCIO is not 3.3V. Altera does not support this application since the clamping diode is intended for use with 3.3V VCCIO. IBIS models for this implementation will not be made available.
ACTION: Either use an external clamping diode for this pin or assign the I/O pin to a different I/O location or remove the specified I/O standard option from the I/O pin. Contact Altera Applications for further assistance.
