CAUSE: The specified configuration scheme in the Configuration tab in the Device and Pin Options dialog box are not supported for the specified I/O bank VCCIO voltage.
ACTION: Change the configuration scheme or enforce a configuration voltage level in the Configuration tab. Otherwise, an external level-shifter may be needed.
