CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver blocks (GXB) HSSI RX channel is not enabled for offset cancellation; therefore, proper analog operation cannot be ensured.
ACTION: Use the ALTGX megawizard to enable offset cancellation for the RX channel, and then use the ALTGX_RECONFIG megawizard to connect a reconfig controller to the GXB instance if it is not already. Both the altgx and altgx_reconfig megafunctions are required for offset cancellation.
