ID:167111 The reconfig_clk port of CMU <name> is connected to dedicated transceiver refclk pin or transceiver generated clock. The refclk pin must be connected to a free-running clock sourced from an I/O clock pin.

CAUSE: reconfig_clk cannot be sourced from dedicated transceiver refclk and transceiver generated clock.

ACTION: Connect reconfig_clk to a free-running clock sourced from an I/O clock pin.
